Winery founded in 2004, From the Yarra Valley in Australia, Granitic sand & Grey Loam soil at 145m in alt, vines planted in 1997, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Cabernet Franc, 15% Petit Verdot, warm & dry growing season, harvested in the beginning of March, 5% of stems added, 14 days maceration on skins, natural ferment, 13 months in used oak, bottled 26th of May 2020.
